The Benefits of Nature: Are You Getting Your Share?

I had the good fortune of spending several days in the midst of the woods, rocks, trees, and wildflowers of NH recently. Every time I get to be in nature in whatever capacity - hiking, rock climbing, trail running, camping, and more, I've felt an incredible sense of peace that permeates every cell of my body. This feeling not only occurs when I'm in the midst of natural surroundings but stays with me for several days afterwards. This article talks about how nature can have a powerful effect on wellness.
